“The [left] pic was in June 2019 and the one on the right was last week. (February 2020)

Cancer, chemo, radiation, reconstruction and hormone therapy were hard on my body, tipping the scales at over 215 lbs. at one time. (Chemo does not always make you drop weight, it can swell you as it did with me. )

This right here is a 25 lb. weight loss. It did not come simply. I sweat my ass off in the gym and I follow a balanced eating program. It’s a program where I meet with my food coach weekly and it has changed my eating 100%. I eat balanced portions every 3 hours 5 times a day.

This is a lifelong commitment for me, I still have a long ways to go but I am doing it one meal at a time and one sweaty session at a time.
