The 2nd Time Was a Charm for Lex
Alexis had previously signed up for the 28-Day Balanced Habits™ 4-Week Program last year at G-Strength in Philadelphia, but work and travel derailed her progress. While she lost weight, she did not reach her goal and wanted to give it another shot.
This time around, she was locked in! With no scheduled business trips or vacations in January or February, she was able to form new habits and routines.
Additionally, it helped that her friend and Balanced Habits™ 4-Week Program teammate, Meg, would grocery shop and meal prep with her on weekends.
