Tell us about your career in the fitness and nutrition industry?

I have been into fitness since I was 15 years old. I was never into sports so I found passion in lifting weights. As I grew a career in Personal Training I realized the food part was so important. Having 3 kids at home I took a Holistic Nutrition diploma program from home and learned so much. Balanced Habits helped me put my knowledge to practice and I’m so grateful the program is simple to run and offers great results.

To date I have been in the fitness industry for 13 years and have been a loyal staff member of the same club for that long. I’ve had hundreds of clients and am an expert in both Personal Training and Nutrition.

What inspires you?

My clients who show up each and every day and work hard at achieving their goals

inspire me to do the same. My family helps keep me inspired to be the best mom and wife I can be.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I love when my clients tell me of their small successes such as I lost 3 pounds this week or I finally can lift my arm above my head. When I know how much effort they put in it is so rewarding to see their success.

What special qualities do you bring to your coaching?

I believe I offer compassion and understanding to each and every one of my clients. I truly care and listen to what they need and offer only the best solutions to help them.

What is something not everyone knows about you?

I love cats I would love to have a whole house full if my family let me. I’ll settle with the 3 I have.
