I’ve found myself reminiscing on the past a lot lately. I don’t know why, but I do know that it provides me with perspective. This picture was from a conference for a fitness marketing company (NPE) where we were presenters.

This picture was from 2016 when we were 3 years into Balanced Habits.™ Things were not only easier, they were more fun. So much has occurred since we sold our 3 gyms and dove full time into a new venture. Being an entrepreneur is something hard to move away from. Clearly we like something about it, but man has it been “a year+!”
What began as just an idea, morphed into something much bigger.
You see, we started Balanced Habits™ to share what was working so well for us, in our clubs, with other fitness businesses because it was so lucrative and a natural profit center to add. That definitely has not changed, however the world has changed, and Balanced Habits™ was forced to move in a new direction.
We had to re-think and re-work what we were providing.
Now Balanced Habits™ has transitioned to be much easier to implement, as we’ve “pivoted” into a new and necessary course for the fitness industry to provide accredited nutrition programming for their member’s.
We’d love a chance to demonstrate what we’ve built Balanced Habits™ into, to serve this new fitness industry, that we’re all navigating day by day.
