Can you feel spring in the air?

April is a great month to do some deep cleaning in your kitchen; specifically your oven, as you won’t be relying on it quite so much for the next several months as we transition to fresher food choices, and outside for al fresco dining!

April is also a great month to cleanse your body by using fresh herbs with purpose and interesting new flavors. Your palate will develop and expand by trying new subtle flavors from fresh herbs that aren’t available during the winter months.

Food is meant to be enjoyed, as is your new lifestyle. They can coexist! Nothing good comes from eating so poorly that you just don’t feel well. It’s not worth it! You have an abundant set of tools. Employ them and stay in control

2022 is the year of Y-O-U and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. In fact, you are the most important person to keep healthy. Make your health, fitness and wellness a priority so that you can be 100% for your family and friends.

The 43rd Installment of the Balanced Habits™ Balanced Habits™ 4-Week Program of 2022 the past winter was a massive success! We had nearly 4,000 people all across the US and Canada participate in this program that has supported nearly 85,000 people to date!

We are working hard on the spring ’22 Balanced Habits™ 4-Week Program program with all new recipes to capture the season’s freshest produce, and cleanest ingredients we can all easily access. We love what we do! Supporting people to live a higher quality of life?

Balanced Habits™ Recipe of the Month

Here is a fun bonus recipe to try!

Savory Saucy Shrimpers


1/3 cup Caesar Salad Dressing (w/Olive Oil please)

1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter or Ghee

1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano

1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika

1 Tbsp. Dried Rosemary (optional)

1 Tbsp. Dried Thyme

1 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

1 tsp. Tapatio-type Hot Sauce

Whole Bay Leaves

3 tsp. Garlic, minced

2 lbs. (32 oz.) Jumbo Shrimp

1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar


Combine first 11 ingredients in a large skillet over high heat; bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cook about 6 – 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vinegar. Cook 1 minute more. Remove skillet from heat. Serve shrimp on a platter. Use any remaining sauce from skillet to drizzle over-top.

1 Balanced Habit to Work on in the 1st Month of 2022

  2. Eat something for breakfast every day.
  3. Stir fry a mixture of diced colorful veggies each week to add an antioxidant boost to your morning eggs!
  4. Wake up just five min. earlier than normal to stretch you entire body before anything else.
